A First-of-Its-Kind Challenge Room Experience

Clash of Clans has raided San Diego! The evil Goblin King has stolen Barbarian’s mustache, the source of his powers. Join Archer Queen and a team of heroes to win it back through a series of interactive games like you’ve never seen before. This 10-minute experience leads you through the raid to save the stache, led by the iconic Archer Queen. She will lead you in person through the challenges, overcoming three interactive games that will test your brain and your brawn. If you succeed, you’ll get the chance to celebrate with Barbarian and be a winner in the Clash for the Stache!

About the experience

What can I expect from the event? It's a 10-minute immersive, story-driven adventure based on popular characters from Clash of Clans, the massive mobile game from Supercell. In this adventure, guests will be guided by Archer Queen through an interactive challenge room where they will try to defeat the Goblin King and retrieve Barbarian's mustache from his enemy.
In addition, there will be exclusive merchandise available, photo opportunities, and snacks and beverages for purchase. We anticipate you should allocate 25-30 minutes for the full experience.
Please note that this is a playtest of a live experience for future development. Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, as the experience may include walking, standing, or light physical activity. The live experience is wheelchair accessible, and the challenge room offers instruction in both English and Spanish.
Phones are welcome for photos, but no digital tools are required for interaction. The experience is designed to be screen-free and fully immersive.
This experience is based on Clash of Clans, the best-selling mobile strategy game, celebrating 14 years of players. To familiarize yourself with the world, please download the game
Where is the experience located? The experience will be located at Seaport Village Headquarters, next to the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego. Address: 789 W Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101
How long will the experience run? The experience will be open in San Diego from July 15 to September 7. Operating hours vary by day.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience! Compact strollers are allowed but may be parked or stored depending on space availability. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note all guests are required to sign a waiver before entering the experience.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? While the interactive experience itself lasts approximately 10 minutes, guests should plan to spend approximately 25–30 minutes total at the event, including check-in and additional activities.
Is a waiver required? Yes. All guests must sign a waiver before entering the experience. Waivers will be available on-site. Please note that a signed waiver is required for entry.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? You will be able to purchase snacks and beverages at this event; however, please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options. A limited selection of packaged snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on site. Please note that products containing nuts may be available, and gluten-free options are not guaranteed.
Is there parking available? Convenient onsite parking is available for guests, with self-parking during weekday daytime hours and valet service on evenings and weekends for a fee. Explore the Seaport Headquarters website for parking rates and information.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code? Clash of Clans cosplay is strongly encouraged but not required. Please avoid realistic weapon props or any sharp or dangerous items. Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.
Will there be interaction with the performers? Yes! You are part of the world of this story. Feel free to explore, observe, and engage when invited. Our performers may interact with you, but participation is always your choice. Please treat performers and other guests with respect and maintain appropriate personal boundaries throughout the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
Is re-entry allowed? No. Once your ticket is scanned, re-entry to the challenge room is not permitted. You are free, however, to explore our shop.
Will there be shade or seating? This is an indoor experience, but there will be lines outside the experience. San Diego in the summer can be very warm, so please plan accordingly.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Is there a waitlist if pre-booked slots are full? If your preferred slot isn't available, we recommend checking our website regularly, as cancellations and schedule changes may create new availability. Booking early is strongly encouraged: in the event the experience sells out entirely, we will communicate this clearly on our website and social channels.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Guests are encouraged to arrive 15–20 minutes before their scheduled entry time. Is the venue accessible? ADA access and accommodations will be available. Guests requiring assistance should speak with on-site staff or visit the check-in kiosk upon arrival.
Accessible entry, restroom access, and subtitles are available.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? The following items are prohibited:

Do you offer carer tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? The challenge room is accessible for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, but it is not currently accessible for guests who are blind or have significant visual impairments, as gameplay relies heavily on visual cues
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site? There are no restrooms located inside our experience but Public restrooms, including ADA-accessible facilities, are available nearby within Seaport Village.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Small personal cameras and phones are allowed. Professional photography, video gear, drones, and selfie sticks are prohibited.
Is there a Lost & Found? Lost & Found will be located at the main check-in area. For inquiries after the event, please contact the venue.
Is a coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is a luggage check available? Large bags and luggage will not be stored on site.
What if it rains? This is an indoor event and will run rain or shine. Please dress accordingly.
What safety protocols are in place? Safety measures may be implemented in accordance with current local guidelines. Please arrive early to allow for check-in. No large bags, or luggage will be permitted inside the venue.
